David C. Sarnacki of The Sarnacki Law Firm PLC, Grand Rapids, Michigan, practices in the areas of family law and civil disputes. He is regularly called upon to mediate and arbitrate cases for other attorneys. Mr. Sarnacki is the founding member of the Sarnacki Law Firm PLC, 2003 chairperson of the Grand Rapids Bar Association Family Law Section, and council member of the State Bar Family Law Section. He is also a past chairperson of both the Litigation and Law Practice Management Sections of the State Bar of Michigan and a frequent commentator on trial advocacy, family law, and law practice management topics. He has served as a trial skills instructor at the U.S. Attorney General’s Advocacy Institute in Washington, D.C., and teaches a trial practice course at Davenport University.
