R-rated camping?

The New York Times highlights a Richmond camp for kids, with swimming, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, body painting, pudding fights, “shaving cream follies,” darts and nudity. A judge upheld a new Virginia law requiring that campers be supervised by a parent or grandparent.

Adam Liptak writes (excerpt):
“A nudist camp is a bit racier than, say, a Boy Scout camp,” he [federal judge Richard L. Williams] continued. “People who love their children or grandchildren will make a modest adjustment to their schedules so that their children and grandchildren can have this unique experience.”
