The Michigan Supreme Court announced the launch of a Friend of the Court website devoted to assisting members of the military with child support issues. The site addresses the call to active duty, updates to address and employment status, modification of child support payments for parents whose military pay will be less than their civilian pay, health care coverage for their children, information for employers, and advice for reducing emotional stress on children during the transition to active duty.
